HOW WE STARTED
Bumgardner Association Management, Inc. is a new Property Management Company with three Property Managers who have over twenty-eight years of combined experience in the homeowner association management field. In response to numerous requests from Board Members of other Associations we have worked with we have ventured out to start our company. We are qualified to manage a wide variety of residential areas, types and price ranges with the promise we will manage all property “as if it were our own.”
In order for our employees to stay abreast of changes in the association management field we are members of the Community Association Institute (CAI) which allows us to attend informative meetings and functions they provide to Association Management Firms.
We have a full service financial department that operates under the guidelines of the Real Estate Commission. We provide monthly financials to the Board of Directors that are clear and understandable.
We respond to all routine maintenance issues as well as emergency situations 24 hours a day by utilizing our list of qualified and professional subcontractors.
Bumgardner Association Management specializes in the management of homeowner associations.
